1. Overview of Working Principle

When the composite material Hot Pressing Machine is in operation, the pre cut fiber material is first laid on the mold, and then resin material (or other adhesive) is added. Next, place the mold into the hot press molding machine, and the heating system begins to heat the composite material inside the mold, causing the resin material to flow and impregnate the fiber material. At the same time, the pressure system applies pressure, allowing the composite material to solidify and form under high temperature and pressure. Finally, after cooling, the formed composite material product can be removed.

2. Heating system

The heating system is one of the key components of the composite material hot pressing machine, responsible for providing the required temperature conditions to allow the resin material to flow and infiltrate the fiber material. The heating system usually uses thermal oil heating or mold temperature machine heating, and the temperature can reach 200 degrees or even higher, with an error within a few degrees. Equipped with PID intelligent adjustment function to ensure that the composite material can reach the predetermined temperature conditions during the hot pressing process.

3. Pressure system

The pressure system is also an important component of the composite material hot pressing machine, which is responsible for applying the required pressure to enable the composite material to solidify and form under high temperature and pressure. Pressure systems typically apply and regulate pressure through devices such as hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders. During the hot pressing process, the pressure system needs to maintain a stable pressure output to ensure uniform curing of the composite material.
