Working principle
Heating and pressurization
By heating the upper and lower heating plates with electricity or steam, heat is transferred to the rubber product, causing it to undergo vulcanization reaction (cross-linking curing) at high temperatures.
The hydraulic system (oil pressure or air pressure) provides pressure to evenly compress the rubber material in the mold, ensuring that the product is dense and bubble free.
 
Vulcanization Process
Place the uncured rubber blank into the mold, close the flat plate and apply pressure.
Maintain a certain amount of time at a set temperature (usually 140~200 ℃) and pressure (10~20MPa) to crosslink the rubber molecular chains and form a stable structure.
